By creating an account or using SixtyClaw, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
SixtyClaw is a desktop application for AI-powered development automation. This website handles billing, licensing, and account management. The desktop app runs locally on your machine — your project data, source code, and AI conversations never leave your computer.
You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. One account per person is permitted.
SixtyClaw operates on a Bring Your Own Keys (BYOK) model. You provide your own API keys (Claude/Anthropic, GitHub, etc.) and these are stored locally in the desktop app only. We never store, proxy, or access your API keys. AI usage costs are solely between you and the API provider. SixtyClaw is not responsible for any charges incurred through your API keys or third-party services.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal. Prices may change with 30 days advance notice communicated via email.
The Solo (free) tier requires a valid payment method on file. This requirement reduces abuse and enables seamless upgrades to paid plans. You will not be charged unless you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to paid features continues through the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. Cancellation does not affect your local data — all project files and data stored on your machine remain intact.
Each active subscription generates one license key. Licenses are tied to machine limits per plan: Solo (1 machine), Pro (2 machines), Team (10 machines), Agency (25 machines). Sharing, redistributing, or selling license keys is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
SixtyClaw is local-first by design. All project data, source code, and AI conversations stay on your machine. Our servers store only: account information, team membership, license and activation data, and billing data. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
If you opt in during signup, we may send product updates, tips, and promotional offers via email. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link included in every message. Transactional emails — including license key delivery, billing confirmations, and security alerts — are always sent regardless of your marketing preferences, as they are essential to the service.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to circumvent license checks or copy protection mechanisms. You may not redistribute or resell SixtyClaw without an explicit white-label license agreement. You agree not to use the service for any illegal activities or in violation of applicable laws.
SixtyClaw and its branding, logos, and underlying software are owned by SixtyClaw Ltd. You retain full ownership of all code, data, and outputs generated using SixtyClaw. We claim no rights to your work product.
SixtyClaw is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
